Bio-Tek Services, Inc is ISO 9001:2008 Registered and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accredited. The scope of our accreditation covers calibrations in our facility AND in the field at your facility. Because we have a national footprint and have facilities and/or field service personnel across the Continental United States, we service customers in almost in every conceivable market segment including biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturing. All of our SOP's, training, documentation, and our Quality Manual were written in compliance to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, 21 CFR, and all applicable FDA, GLP, and GMP standards. Because of the criticality of our work, we are audited and inspected quite frequently. We are one of the first metrology companies to successfully comply to the revised technical requirements associated with the new ISO 9001:2008 standard, and one of ONLY A FEW companies accredited for pipette calibrations in the field at your facility.
