Standard test points are typically: 100%, 50%, and 10% of the nominal with reads at high, medium, and low unless
otherwise specified on the pipette.
NOTE: Please include several tips commonly used in your lab with your pipettes, for validation purposes.

Services assumes no liability or responsibility for damages or errors incurred during shipping or transit. Such
damages or errors must be claimed against the carrier. Due to a high rate of lost, misdirected, and delayed deliveries,
utilizing the U.S. Postal Service for package delivery is not recommended.
We follow simple acceptance, statements of conformity (e.g. Pass/Fail) to specifications are made in this report
without taking measurement uncertainties into account. However, measurement uncertainties are provided for
your utilization. Pass= Results within limits/specifications Fail= Results exceed limits/specifications
Turnaround Time:
The turnaround time is three-five business days. “Turnaround time” is defined as the actual or realized
chronological length of service time in our facility excluding transportation or shipping time.
Expedited Service: (For Liquid Handling Devices Only)
We can provide EXPEDITED SERVICE on most calibrations for an additional charge of $75.00 for each
level.
- Fee Limits for Single Channel Pipettes: 15 Level Three, or 25 Level Twos, or 50 Level Ones.
- Fee Limits for Multi-Channel Pipettes: 8 (12 Channel Pipettes) or 10 (8 Channel Pipettes), Level I
- Fee Limits for Multi-Channel Pipettes: 6 (12 Channel Pipettes) or 8 (8 Channel Pipettes), Level II
- Fee Limits for Multi-Channel Pipettes: 4 (12 Channel Pipettes) or 6 (8 Channel Pipettes), Level III
- Fee Limits for Bottle Toppers/Dispensettes: 10 Level I, or 8 Level II, or 5 Level III
The turnaround time for EXPEDITED SERVICE is one business day, excluding weekends and legal holidays, provided
the items are received in our laboratory before 2:00pm (EST). The shipping fees are not included in the Expedited
Service Fee.
